After having its Grand Opening cancelled due to COVID-19, Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites will officially open on December 15, 2020! The newest hotel at Universal Orlando Resort is the second on-property hotel to join the Value category along with its sister hotel, Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites, which opened in 2019. This means that rates for Dockside Inn and Suites start at $79 per night.
The newest hotel will add 2,050 guest rooms, including standard rooms and 2-Bedroom Suites. The 2-Bedroom Suites sleep up to six guests with two separate rooms, a kitchenette area, a picnic table for meals, and a bathroom with separate bath and vanity areas with a starting price point as low as $120 per night based on a four-night stay.
The theme of the hotel is a beach escape during the perfect sunset with a cool, calm feeling. Besides the exclusive theme park benefits like Early Park Admission, complimentary transportation, and charging privileges that all Universal Orlando Resort hotels have on-site dining and other amenities, including two pools and pool bars.
Pier 8 Market offers casual dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features affordable options with most dishes costing under $12. The lobby bar, Sunset Lounge, will be place to hang out after a day at the parks thanks to its specialty cocktails.
