Apparently, clowns are not born evil, but instead they are made into evil creatures. Giggles & Gore Inc. is exactly where that process happens. Every time someone disappears they are actually kidnapped and sent to Giggles & Gore Inc. where they are tortured, eviscerated to the point that their faces are peeled off and their voice boxes are torn out along with everything inside of them. After they are a hollow shell, they are stuffed into evil clowns, but some known as “The Discarded” are even more evil than the rest.
