In summer 2016, Universal Orlando opened its newest hotel, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. My family stayed at the resort inRead more
Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is the fifth Loews Hotel property at Universal Orlando Resort. The Caribbean-inspired resort is the perfect place for a getaway, whether you plan on hitting the parks bright and early each day or if you just want to relax and enjoy the pool. Water and palm trees are the true inspiration behind this resort. The blue and white color scheme balanced with brick and dark wood sets a calm atmosphere that travels around the entire resort.
As a preferred on-site hotel, Sapphire Falls has rates that start around $120 per night. Some of the perks of staying at Sapphire Falls includes water taxi transportation to the theme parks and CityWalk, Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, the largest pool on Universal Orlando property, and one of the best lobby bars you’ll find at any hotel in Orlando. However, it should be noted that Sapphire Falls does not offer Universal Express as a benefit.
Sapphire Falls is very family-friendly, however, we feel that Sapphire Falls is the perfect hotel for those looking for a lower price point with a more mature feel. With the lack of Universal Express for theme park visitors, Sapphire Falls may be best suited to adults looking to have a relaxing getaway without visiting the parks or conventioners.
