Islands of Adventure The Lost Continent

When Islands of Adventure first opened in 1999, The Lost Continent was considered one of the high points of the park. Inside the area was the thrilling Dueling Dragons coasters and the popular Mythos Restaurant. Back then, The Lost Continent focused on three old legends – Atlantis, Merlin and Sinbad. Now, The Lost Continent is but a shadow of its old self with the only attractions being Poseidon’s Fury and The Eighth Voyage of Sinbad Stunt Show making it more or less a necessary path to get to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. However, there is some unique shopping and dining that keeps the land afloat.
